Lawrence Huffman was born in Tuscon, Arizona on May 19,1930. He is a graduate of Chaminade High School in Dayton, Ohio, the University of Dayton, and a 1958 graduate of Ohio Northern University's College of Law. Lawrence is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Huffman was the longtime Prosecuting Attorney for both Lima and Allen County and is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, Defense Research and U.S. Trial Lawyers Association, and is a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

Lawrence's areas of practice include: Medical Malpractice, Probate, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation.

Lawrence resides in Lima, Ohio, with his wife, Shirley.


 

 

  

Brad Kelley was born in Norwood, Massachusetts, on March 6, 1952. He is a 1974 graduate of Ohio Weslyan University and a 1977 graduate of Ohio Northern University, College of Law. Brad is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth District. Brad is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association (Vice-President, 2002; President,2003), and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Brad is the father of three children (Christopher, Quinn and Michael) and
currently resides in Lima with his wife Suzanne. Brad's areas of practice are: Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, Probate, and Criminal Law.

 

 

  

Lawrence A. Huffman was born in Fairborn, Ohio, on July 7, 1953. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 from Ohio Northern University and is a 1981 graduate of its School of Law. Larry is licensed to practice in all courts and agencies in the State of Ohio as well as the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association (Treasurer 1983-1989; President 2007) and Ohio Bar Association.

Larry and his wife, Pat, who teaches at St. Rose School, reside in Lima and are the parents of three children, grandparents of four.

Larry's areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, domestic relations, probate, criminal law, civil litigation and appellate law.

Larry currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Allen County Ohio Historical Society and is the Legal Affairs Officer for American Legion Post No 96 in Lima.

 

 

  

Matt Huffman is a 1982 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1985 graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Law. A Lima native, Matt has practiced law in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, and domestic relations since being admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1985. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has argued cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, several appellate and trial courts, and various local and state administrative agencies. In 2006, Matt was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives. He is currently serving his first term while continuing to practice law.

He is currently serving as the Ohio House Majority Floor Leader.

 

 

  



John Huffman was born on October 4, 1963 in Lima, Ohio. He is a 1986 graduate of Bowling Green State University, and a 1989 graduate of the University of Toledo, College of Law. John was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1989 and is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. John presently lives in Lima with his wife, Ruth, and his children, Emily, Mary, Sarah and Jack.

Mr. Huffman's areas of practice are: Personal Injury, Domestic Relations,
Adoption, Probate, Civil Litigation and Family Law.

 

 

  

Blain was born in Lima in 1968. He graduated from Elida Local Schools in 1986. Blain received his BBA from the University of Toledo in 1990 and his JD from Ohio Northern University in 1993.

Blain and his wife, Becky, have four children, Elizabeth, Trey, MacKenzie and Olivia. In 2005 Blain was re-elected as Trustee in Auglaize Township, Allen County, Ohio. Blain and his family attend Lima Missionary Baptist Church.

Blain's practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, domestic
relations, simple estate planning, and estate administration.

 

 

  

Craig Gottschalk was born October 23, 1971 in Saint Marys, Ohio. He is a 1990 graduate of Memorial High School in Saint Marys, a 1994 graduate of Earlham College, and 1997 graduate of Ohio Northern University's College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Craig is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association and is a member of the St. Marys City School Board.

Craig presently resides in Saint Marys with his wife, Kendra, his daughters, Bailey and Ava, and son, Max.

Craig's areas of practice are: Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Family Law,
Probate, and Civil Litigation.

 

 

  

Shannon was born July 31, 1969 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  She is a 1991 graduate of The University of Alabama and received her Juris Doctorate in 1994 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.  Shannon is a member of the Allen County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations.  She is also past President of LODDI, Inc. (Living Options for Developmentally Disabled Individuals), where she served in that capacity since 1996.

Shannon is on the Board of Directors for the Hope Visitation and Exchange Center and is a 2008 Allen Lima Leadership Class Graduate.

Shannon’s practice areas include personal injury, family and juvenile law, worker’s compensation and general probate matters.

 

 

  

Aaron L. Bensinger graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California in 2001. He then attended law school at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, graduating in 2005. Currently, he is licensed to practice law in Ohio and California. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern District of California and Northern District of California.

Aaron's practice is mainly concentrated on civil matters with an emphasis on civil litigation, commercial transactions, real property transactions, personal injury, estate planning and family law.

Aaron currently resides in Elida, OH with his wife Cherilyn and two daughters.
